1. Order Processing Time
• Once your payment is confirmed, it may take up to 2 business days to process your order for shipment. This time does not include weekends or public holidays. During sales, new season launches, or other high-volume periods, the processing time may extend slightly.
• Cash On Delivery (COD): Orders are processed after successful telephonic verification. Najiru.store reserves the right to process verified customers' orders without a phone call during high-volume periods.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24– 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
